i would definitely not order from here again. The gefilte fish was really old, discolored, dry, and didn't even taste like gefilte fish -- I had to spit out the one small bite I took of it. Other dishes were not fresh either. After the experience of eating that meal, I wonder what their inspection grade is. You can find better kosher food pretty much anywhere.

Used to be fantastic. Quality of food & service has slowly eroded over time. A shame, they had the best matzoh ball soup on the uws!

I have never written a review, but a simple morning soup delivery took well over an hour (estimated 15-30 min) and I'm only 4 blocks away. When I called to see if my order was on the way, the man on the phone was unhelpful and sarcastic, stating that I need to talk to the delivery man who was not there. Whether or not the food is average at best, the service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The Best matzo ball soup ever! The noodles and matzo are yummy and the broth is amazing. I like to add a kreplach, it's excellent. Love the pastrami as well. The delivery is timely, even for the upper east side. Awesome!

I used to really like this restaurant but just went there and the israeli salad was old, the french fries tasted terrible (perhaps cooked, frozen then re-cooked?), and we got a spoiled hamburger. The waiter was obnoxious and basically said that we were just being picky (we're pretty reasonable people). The manager was nicer. I probably won't over go back.

Very good Deli and quick delivery. Finally some good kosher food without breaking the bank.

Great sandwiches and soup and turkey meatloaf. This is homestyle food though, no presentation, and definitely not light. But if you're in the mood for a good sandwich and have a big appetite, I recommend the turkey with crispy pastrami with the russian dressing on it. Delicious.

The chicken looked good; however, the string beans were inedible. Not cooked properly.

Stick with the soup at this place. The frankfurter special was a huge disappointment: three franks with no buns?

The food was terrible. And it arrived over 1 hour and 20 minutes after the order was placed. Not only that, but an entire order was missing. When I called to complain about the missing item, I was told "it happens, the delivery person forgot it". Not an acceptable response to me. Overall, a disappointing experience. I will never order from them again.
